Doctors can prescribe medicines, respond to adverse events immediately, and design plans around your overall health — not just the area being treated. Many high-street clinics are run by practitioners without medical degrees, which limits both the treatments they can legally offer and their ability to help if something goes wrong.
Exosomes are tiny messenger particles released by cells, carrying growth signals and instructions that tell skin cells to repair, produce collagen and calm inflammation. In regenerative aesthetics they are typically applied after microneedling to accelerate healing and enhance skin quality. Because they are biologically active products, they belong under medical supervision.
PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) uses a small sample of your own blood, spun to concentrate the platelets — the cells rich in natural growth factors — then reintroduced into the skin or scalp to stimulate repair, collagen and hair follicle activity. Because it comes from your own body, allergy and rejection risks are extremely low.
